That same year she and her husband moved to Washington DC where Cami proceeded to work for Senator Dorgan of North Dakota, the British Embassy, and as a consultant to the U.S. Department of Energy. During that time she also earned a Master of Public Policy degree from George Mason University.

She currently lives in Vienna, Austria with her husband and two children, and they are currently building a home in Vienna’s 22nd district.
